Meetings & Minutes

The Board of Commissioners Regular Monthly Meeting is held the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Stedman Town Hall. All residents are encouraged to attend.

A Public Forum is held at each regular monthly meeting. A link to the public forum policy is below. If you would like to sign up to speak you can call the Town Hall and be placed on the sign up sheet or sign up before the meeting. To speak at Public Forum you must be signed up prior to the meeting, no later than 6:55 pm.

All meetings other than the Regular Monthly Meeting will have a separate notice posted.
